2019 ACA Reporting Timeline

Good News!!! We have been informed of the recent IRS deadline extension for the distribution of form 1095-C to employees. This deadline has been extended from January 31^st, 2020 (original deadline) to March 2^nd, 2020 (extended deadline).

We have updated our important dates timeline below to accommodate the changes made by the IRS. This extension will allow clients more time to review and audit their ACA data before the data is provided to the employees and the IRS.
